How a Daily Gratitude Journal Can Help You Find Peace and Happiness in Life

In today's world, things move so fast.  Without realizing it, we get swept up in things that do not matter, and lose sight of what life is really about. One way to help find peace and happiness is by keeping a gratitude journal. Gratitude journaling has many benefits, including reducing stress, promoting sleep, and helping you focus on the positive aspects of your life.
There are plenty of different ways to approach gratitude journaling, but one great way is by using gratitude journal prompts. By taking some time each day to write down things you're grateful for, you can train your brain to focus on the good in your life and let go of negativity.
If you're not sure where to start, check out these 4 Gratitude Journals that will take you through a year of reflection and guide you on your way! Each volume includes three months of the year, with gratitude journal prompts, daily affirmations, and plenty of space to write your thoughts to help get you started on your journey to find more peace and happiness in your life.

"Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more.  It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity...it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."

-Melody Beattie

How these journals came to be:

This past winter, over Christmas, I got Covid for the first time.  In fact, Covid came on the heals of Hand-Foot and mouth disease and a sinus infection.  While recovering from Covid, I also was involved with a UTI that had me in the ER on Christmas Day.  So from Thanksgiving to the middle of January, I was not my best self.It is very easy to fall into a whoa is me mindset when winter sickness just comes and stays for way too long.  Laying on the couch for months wasn't fun at all, so I got busy.

I was thinking about all I had to be grateful for.  And there is so much!  But, when you aren't well, your brain can forget those wonderful things in your life.  So I thought to write them down and begin journaling.

I began to look for a Daily Gratitude Journal online.

I was sorely dissapointed in what I found. I could not find a Daily Gratitude Journal with a different prompt for each day.

I decided to make my own 365 Day Daily Gratitude Journal with prompts!

Things snowballed.  I began writing prompts, and writing and writing. I added graphics inside, a place to write my gratitude down. Then I formatted them into a book.  I started thinking about daily affirmations and I included those too.

The book would have been huge. I broke the book into 4 managable volumes.

Lastly, I found 4 of my favorite paintings that I recently finished and used those for the cover.  (They make me happy, so why not)
Really long story short, I wrote 4 Gratitude Journals, each one includes 3 months of the year to total an entire year of happiness!!!

Actually more than a year of happiness because once you begin journaling about wonderful things and people in your life, your change your mindset and your whole life changes!!

These gratitude journals are designed so you may journal every day of the year. Each volume is three months.
